Often we forget our bodies in the journey towards ourselves. On the road we have travelled so far, we passed along obstacles and challenges and it was often the mind that made choices. The consequences of these choices are not only being stored in our memory, but also in the cells and tissues of our body. The support of a body oriented intervention helps to accept the here & now and to use the body as an entrance to work further on different layers.
From a holistic perspective you will work on balancing body and mind with the aid of different yoga tools used in a therapeutic way. Yoga tools includes yoga asana (poses), pranayama & breathing techniques, meditation, cleansing techniques and nutrition and will support you in an integral way to bring you back into balance in body and mind.
No body is the same and everyone is different. Therefore I offer you a personal treatment (groups are possible as well) taking care of possibilities and life situations, working together towards healing and health.
Also, every Wednesday I’m offering a trauma sensitive group class from 11.00h-12.15h live and online.
