Terms and Conditions – Anouk Prop Mind & Body Coaching
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the website located at https://anoukprop.com.
By accessing this website, you agree to accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Anouk Prop Mind & Body Coaching if you do not agree with all the terms stated on this page.
Appointments & Cancellation:
Appointments are scheduled in mutual agreement and become binding once confirmed.
If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email, phone, or WhatsApp. This policy is in place to respect the reserved time and allow space for other clients.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the agreed fee.
- No-shows (absence without prior notice) will be charged the full fee.
Payment:
After each session, you will receive an invoice with a payment term of two weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For programs or workshops, payment is required in advance, unless a different arrangement has been made.
Liability:
Although all guidance is offered with care and professionalism, Anouk Prop Mind & Body Coaching cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.

Personal Data We Process:
Anouk Prop processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

- Gender
- Email address
Special and/ or Sensitive Personal Data:
Our website and/or services are not intended to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify the age of visitors. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data from being collected without parental consent.
